1. What you're buying

Get Heard is a paid promotion service. Packs are one-time purchases:

  • Starter ($10): an AI-assisted analysis of your track by Fresh, Da Ville Radio's AI-assisted program director, within 72 hours of your submission, and written feedback (at least 50 words).
  • Spotlight ($99): everything in Starter, plus a listen by a Da Ville DJ (a person) with a short written note on the feel of your track (vibe, vocal, hook, radio fit), 2 weeks in our "Sponsored New Music" block (at least 10 spins), a one-page Sponsored spotlight in Street Buzz Magazine (our sister magazine company), one Sponsored social post, and promo art marked Sponsored.
  • Headliner ($250): everything in Spotlight (including the DJ listen and feel note), with the one-page spotlight upgraded to a 4-page Sponsored feature in Street Buzz Magazine built from your interview answers, and a short promo video labeled Sponsored.

Starter does not include a DJ listen. On Spotlight and Headliner, the DJ note is sent by email with or after Fresh's feedback; we'll confirm timing by email. [ANTHONY: set a DJ-note turnaround.]

Sponsored spins run during your two-week pack window. We don't publish or give out exact air times for any track.

Prices are in US dollars and paid through PayPal at checkout (PayPal balance, or card through PayPal). No subscription.

2. What we don't guarantee

We guarantee the AI-assisted analysis, feedback, and content listed in your pack. On Spotlight and Headliner, we guarantee that a Da Ville DJ listens to your track and sends you a short feel note. We guarantee that the listen happens, not what the DJ thinks of the track. We do not guarantee streams, plays, audience numbers, followers, playlist adds, chart placement, regular rotation, airplay results, sales, or any other outcome. Your payment does not buy positive feedback, from Fresh or from the DJ. Feedback is written by Fresh, our AI-assisted program director, and the DJ note is one DJ's honest opinion. Each is one opinion, not a guarantee of results, airplay, or rotation.

3. Your rights confirmation

Before you pay, and again when you submit your track, you confirm that:

  • You own or control the sound recording (master) and the composition, or you have permission from everyone who does.
  • You are registered with a performing rights organization (PRO: ASCAP, BMI, SESAC or GMR), or you give Da Ville Radio written permission to stream the track on Live365 and its partners. You tell us which on the submit form.
  • The track info you provide (artist, title, and other details) is accurate.
  • The track does not use beats, samples, or other material you don't have rights to.
  • You are authorized to pay for this promotion.
  • You give Da Ville Radio and Street Buzz Magazine permission to play, stream, and promote the track, and to use your artist name, images, and the materials you send (bio, photos, interview answers) in the content in your pack and in promotion of it.
  • You keep ownership of your music. We don't take any rights beyond this permission.

If these confirmations turn out to be untrue, we may remove your content without a refund, and you are responsible for any claims that come from it. [ANTHONY/ATTORNEY: confirm warranty and indemnity wording.]

4. All paid placements are labeled Sponsored

Every Get Heard placement is paid, and every one is labeled Sponsored (in Spanish, Patrocinado): each paid spin on air and in the now-playing display, each magazine page, each social post, each interview article, each promo video, and the promo art. Interview articles carry the header "SPONSORED · Paid promotion by [ARTIST]" (on Enchufe Latino: "PERFIL PATROCINADO · Promoción pagada por [ARTISTA]"). We won't remove these labels, and you agree not to remove them or present any of this content as unpaid coverage when you share it.

5. No side payments

Pay only through our PayPal checkout. No Da Ville Radio DJ, host, program staff, or anyone working for us may accept money, gifts, or anything else of value from you outside checkout, and you agree not to offer any. What you pay covers only the items listed in your pack. It doesn't buy positive feedback, regular rotation, extra spins, or any other special treatment. 6. Content standards

We don't accept tracks or materials that contain hate content, infringe someone else's rights (including stolen beats or uncleared samples), or break the law. AI-generated tracks are reviewed case by case. We decide whether a track meets these standards.

7. If we reject your track

If we don't accept your track for any reason, we tell you by email and give you a full refund.

8. Refunds

  • Before work starts: full refund if you ask before Fresh has started your review.
  • Missed 72-hour review: full refund if we don't complete your review within 72 hours of your submission. [ANTHONY: confirm — this rule comes from Alex's brief.]
  • Rejected track: full refund (see section 7).
  • Anything not delivered (pro-rata): if we don't deliver a paid item in your pack (the DJ listen and feel note, spins, Street Buzz Magazine page(s), social post, promo art, or video), we refund that item's share of your price, or deliver it within 7 days, your choice.   • Delivered items: once your review and written feedback are delivered, that part of your pack is not refundable. Other items are not refundable once they've been delivered.
  • Refunds go back through PayPal to your original payment method. How long they take to show depends on that payment method. [ANTHONY: confirm timing with PayPal.]

Per PayPal's US fee page (checked Oct 9, 2026), refunding has no added fee, but the fee we paid to receive the payment is not returned. To ask for a refund, email davilleradio247@gmail.com with your order number. Please contact us before opening a dispute with PayPal or your bank; we'll work it out faster.

9. Your submission and timing

Work starts when we receive both your payment and your completed submission form, including your MP3 track file. The 72-hour clock starts at submission. On Spotlight and Headliner, the DJ listen and note follow Fresh's review, and Sponsored content is scheduled after the review; we'll confirm your pack window by email, without exact air times.

10. Your information

We use your contact details and submission only to deliver your pack and contact you about it. [ANTHONY: link the Privacy Policy and confirm data use.]

11. Changes and removal

We may edit magazine pages and interviews for length, clarity, accuracy, and our content standards; we keep final say on published content. We may remove content that breaks these terms. We may update these terms; the version on the site at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
